How long does shipping take?
Physical Items are shipped out 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
Standard shipping: Orders within the US are shipped USPS Priority and usually arrive within 3 business days from the shipping date.
Carriers for overseas orders vary by location and usually take 14-30 days to arrive.
In light of COVID-19 please be aware there are currently shipping delays worldwide.
How do I get my pattern download?
An email will be sent to you after you complete the transaction. Your link is good for 3 days, so please download it quickly before the link expires!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I can only accept returns on items that have been damaged in transit or were sent erroneously. Gift cards are nonrefundable.
Do you offer refunds for workshops?
Workshops must be cancelled at least seven days prior to the event qualify for a full refund. I cannot offer you a refund with less than seven days notice.

Where do you find your fabrics?
Most of my textiles are Japanese and come from vintage dealers in Kyoto.
What are they filled with?
100% cotton
How do I keep my necklace clean?
Spot clean as necessary with a mild detergent like Eucalan or Woolite. Put some water and detergent on a washcloth and dab gently. Hang to dry. Do not tumble dry!
What is your hardware made of?
Necklaces are finished with bronze or silver plated base metal findings.
All earrings are made with nickle free hooks.
